My goal is to lose a few pounds and get into shape, especially around my waistline. I was on the hunt for a great smoothie recipe that was quick, easy, but gave me everything I needed (i.e. a lot of protein and good nutrients). I wanted something I could have for breakfast or just sip during a busy clinic day instead of my usual destructive snacking. I think I’ve found it! For the past few weeks I’ve been making a strawberry, pineapple, and banana smoothie with FAGE Total. It’s delicious! Ash loves it too, which is a plus.
I found it on FAGE’s website. I use FAGE Total 0% and I’ve only made it with pineapple juice so I don’t know how the almond milk plays out. The Fage Total 0% has 100 calories and 18 grams of protein! Here’s the recipe.

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve chilled or over ice if desired.

I’ve been making your smoothie since I seen you make it one Saturday morning! Sissy it’s the best thing you could have showed me I have one almost every day especially on days I workout and lift. I don’t do the almond milk or pineapple juice though I use coconut water 😊. Occasionally I will add 1/2 an avocado for some additional goodness but thanks for sharing 😘.

FAGE is sooo good!! I love the crossovers! My favorite smoothie is Pineapple, Banana, Spinach, Yogurt Cubes, Honey, Almond Milk. It’s DEElish and taste like a Pina’ Colada. 🙂 I also love the Avocolada Smoothie from Tropical Smoothie.
