It’s now still light outside at six pm, and so that’s an automatic mood booster. Another is my perfectly manicured nails. Thank you, Cheryl! I’ve been in hibernation mode, only booking the bare minimal maintenance appointments, i.e., press n curls and waxes when needed. My nails have been on the bottom of the totem pole, so my last mani and pedi were sometime way before Christmas.
When picking my nail color, I usually pick my fave out of whatever new OPI collection has just dropped. This time I didn’t. Cheryl had the new twelve color OPI Mexico City Spring collection on display; however, after swiping a few of the colors on the tip of my thumbnail, nothing screamed, ‘I’m ready for Spring.’ So I started to peruse the display of older colors. That’s when I came across this beautiful purplish pink color, Lavendare to find Courage, which is a flashback to OPI’s 2018 holiday collection, Nutcracker and the Four Realms. Yes, this color is from a Christmas collection, but it is giving me spring energy, so I’m going with it!
As for the new Mexico City collection, I have my eye on ‘My Chihuahua Doesn’t Bite Anymore.’
