Time keeps on slipping into the future and so with the blink of an eye, the weekend is over and it’s the dawn of a new work week!
Saturday was pretty much a full day. Outside of the unrelenting abyss of house work and “to do” lists keeping me on my toes, I had to attend the royal wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. (In my head) I wore a gorgeous pale blue dress (like the color of Lupita’s 2014 Oscar dress) and a matching hat!
Ok, reality was I watched the replay on PBS in my PJ’s but, I was still all for every single moment! The glorious arrival and fashion choices of the guest, Serena Williams’ long braided ponytail (YES!), the picturesque floristry, Prince Harry’s looks of admiration, that subtle lip bite after he told her she looked amazing (YES!), his whispers of affection, the amazingly talented cellist, Sheku Kanneh-Mason (and his great socks!), the blue Jag they drove to their evening wedding reception (YES!), Meghan’s EVERYTHING (especially that tiara); it was all so wonderful! With all of the hate, violence, and craziness going on in the world, it was beautiful to take a pause for the cause and watch LOVE! So many blessings to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex!
After a long flight back home from Windsor (lol, just go with it) I’m tired, but ready as ever for the week! My goal this week is to stay focused and motivated! Daily reminder: discipline is just choosing between what you want now and what you want most!

I have yet to watch the entire replay of the beautiful ceremony however I was able to catch snippets on IG. Everything looked amazing and I want to do Serena’s braided pony! My weekend was awesome, it was my second year back performing and Bri’s 7th show. I believe I’m going to stay with it and add another dance class to my schedule :-). Bri has already shared her desire to continue with ballet and tap. My entire fam and some of my close friends came out to support my babygirl and I, and it felt amazing to have them there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
