Though I typically don’t make a big deal about Valentine’s day, this past weekend I came across a few things that I thought would be kind of fun to consider. Here goes:
hot chocolate on a stick
How come I didn’t know about hot chocolate on a stick before now? When I went to get my nails done Saturday, Cheryl (the very best manicurist ever) hands me these totally cool festive hot chocolate sticks. Simply swirl them in some warm milk and voila, instant yumminess. She used small straws so that you can sip your hot chocolate once it melts. You can also do hot chocolate on a spoon! Genius! What a great way to give chocolate. If you don’t want to make the hot chocolate, you can just nibble the chocolate off of the stick. That works for me too! Thanks Cheryl! I found a couple of recipes online (here and here).
pink pants
While doing my usual online window shopping, I came across these pink pants on Intermixonline.com. I thought, how festive! If you need a dressier pair for work, I found these on express.com! I also thought this top was kind of cute.
heart hoop earrings
If you’ve read a handful of my posts, you already know how I feel about Argento Vivo! So it’s only fitting to add their adorable heart-shaped earrings to my list. Plus, these earrings are fun for any day.
personalized crossword puzzles
A couple of Christmas’s ago Brian and I decided to challenge our creativity and make each other’s Christmas gifts. Brian was pretty impressive. One of things he did was create a custom crossword puzzle. He commonly refers to our life together as the “Brian and Aim Show” which is what he named the puzzle. All of the clues were inside jokes and isms of our relationship. It was so much fun to fill out. I think it works as a great idea for Valentine’s day too!
