So OPI has a new collection! Twelve new colors for fall, which, by the way, has truly been in full effect these past few days. The Scotland collection was on display when I went in to visit Cheryl a few weeks ago, which made me feel like Ash standing in front of some Hot Wheel Cars. Eyes excitedly scanning the options, which one I should pick? I always like placing the color sample nail on top of my index fingernail for full effect. Sometimes I even involve Brian and snap pics of me holding different color sample swatches on top of my nail with a ‘which one should I get?’ caption.
This time I didn’t need to ask him because I knew I wanted to try this pretty purple, Boys Be Thistle-ing at Me. It’s something like the color of an eggplant. It’s perfect for welcoming fall. Good job OPI. You keep me happy.
(Fun Monday fact: the thistle flower is the national emblem of Scotland!)
