I love a gorg pair of statement earrings! Don’t you? I’ve added a few more pair to my collection this year and so I feel I have leveled up on my accessorizing game **eye winkie emoji**. If you don’t already have a complete collection, here are five types of statement earrings for you to consider.
Colorful ones
I bought these coral colored over-sized chandelier earrings about four or five years ago from BCBG. I wore them with a turquoise evening gown to an opera and they were serving glamorous extra-ness all night. Five years later, they are still fabulous and I will put them on in a heartbeat.
Sparkly Ones
A pair of big sparkly earrings are kind of a must have. These are currently my favorites! I have a few pair of sparkly statement earrings but these beauties take the cake! I bought them a few months ago from dannijo.com and they have been in heavy rotation! FYI, Dannijo is having a site wide 20% off labor day sale so… *eye winkie emoji**
Gold Ones
It seems like I’ve always had a pair of over-sized gold hoops and the “around the way girl” bamboo look is still bomb to me so **insert shoulder shrug emoji**.
Furry Ones
Ok, confession on these ones, I actually don’t have a pair of furry earrings yet. I have tassels (which are great) but these mini delaney earrings from mignonnegavigan.com are hashtag statement earring goals. I’m actually coveting the white and silver pair! Feathers are just…all the way fabulous!
Clear Ones
I saw a pair of over-sized lucite earrings and bracelets earlier this year on a lifestyle blog and instantly added it to my to-buy list. Then I came across these! These clear cuties reign from baublebar.com! I bought them back in July and couldn’t wait to wear them out. A clear geometric silhouette? Yes, I’m totally here for the modern artsy vibes!
